Two connected apps for communication between a company’s clients and specialists.
The context.
Neyrochat and NeyroSpec cover both sides of the same conversation: clients and specialists. I developed this project for a company that uses it with approximately 500 users and a team of around 25 people.
My part
in the project.
Developing the client and specialist apps with Flutter and Dart.
Creating the messaging backend and conversation persistence with PostgreSQL.
Configuring Keycloak for staff authentication and integrating bots into the chat.
Deploying the services and configuring continuous delivery tools.
Developing the administration panel, with operational metrics and tools for managing questionnaire templates.
